You share your dates and preferences. We craft options that match how you want to arrive: adventurously, luxuriously, or somewhere beautifully in between.
Bonus: While you decide, we'll reserve your chosen apartment for 24 hours. No worries about losing it mid-search.
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF
Arriving at Perugia airport or train station? We collect you without charge.
Landing somewhere like Rome, Florence, or Ancona? We can arrange the private car that brings you directly to where your Italian story begins.

LIVING, WITHOUT THE LOGISTICS
No need to queue for groceries or anything that stands in the way of you spending time under the olive trees.
KITCHEN STOCKED BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Send us your wishes, and we'll have your groceries ready when you arrive.
We'll ask you for your shopping list prior to your arrival in an email. The service is free - the groceries are not.
GROCERY DELIVERY
Whatever you need, delivered straight to your door.
Wednesdays and Saturdays. Send us your shopping list by 7:30 am and you'll have the items by noon. The service won't cost you a thing, the groceries will, though.
HOME-COOKED MEALS DELIVERED
Don't feel like cooking, nor going out?
We're not trained chefs, but we do a pretty good job anyway. Let yourself be surprised by food that ranges from Mediterranean to Asian, from Germany to Turkey. Simple, fresh, and cooked with the most important ingredient of all. Cost per meal per person between € 25 and € 35.
DINE WITH YOUR HOSTS
Travelling solo and want some company for dinner?
Join us and enjoy food, wine, and stories without lifting a finger. Cost per meal per person between EUR 25 and EUR 35.
WEEKLY CLEANING
Fresh linens, towels, essentials, and a sparkling apartment every week.
We'll make an appointment with you first, to make sure we don't disturb.
LAUNDRY
Staying longer? We'll wash, dry, and fold.
(Iron we leave to you - some skills are best left unpracticed.)
FAQ
Absolutely! We'll connect with you before your arrival to go over your preferences.
We will need to charge a small fee for our time spent on researching the options for you. The fee depends on the amount it takes to find suitable options, which depends on where you start your journey from.
No, we cannot make bookings on your behalf. We will send you the itinerary and links where you can book the travel yourself.
Let us know beforehand, please. Our meals are mostly vegetarian, and if you insist, can be completely vegetarian.
Vegan is difficult though.
For any allergies we will need to speak with you to make sure we understand what your specific allergy entails exactly.
