Walk-in shower with rain shower as well as a handheld option in case you don't want to get your hair wet every time you shower.

A dining table made of proper wood, and kitchen lights that make sure you see what you're doing on the countertop.

The first transformational item in this apartment: A daybed that can quickly be transformed into...

a huge desk. Double monitors, external keyboard and mouse available upon request.

The second transformation: the couch - made of a mattress -that can be set up as a single bed.

Otherwise it is just a couch that doesn't give you backpain, even if you fall asleep on it.

The kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster, water boiler and everything you might need.
